Return and Exchange of Jewelry

Legal notice

According to §§ 1829 and 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, customers are entitled to return or exchange goods purchased online within 14 days.

Exceptions include:

1. Custom or modified items such as engraving or resizing
2. Used or worn items
3. Products with direct contact with skin
4. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

At GoldenHub, we provide high-quality jewelry crafted with attention to detail, comfort, and design. However, we understand that exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

Exchange is possible

You may exchange items in good condition if the size is incorrect. Exchange is available within 14 calendar days of receipt, and only for the same model (e.g., ring, bracelet, necklace), provided the desired size is in stock. All shipping costs related to size exchange must be covered by the customer both ways.

Exchange or return is not possible if:

1. The security tag or seal is missing or damaged
2. There is no proof of purchase
3. The item shows signs of wear, damage, or contamination
4. More than 14 calendar days have passed
5. The product was altered due to chemicals, water, or heat
