Payment methods

We offer our customers convenient and reliable payment options:

• Cash on delivery — available for orders up to 20,000 CZK or 800 EUR. You pay for the item upon delivery after inspecting the jewelry at the pickup point. Cash on delivery is available only within the territory of the Czech Republic. For other countries, different payment methods are used: payment is made first, and then the goods will be delivered by the delivery service.
• Card payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay — processed through the GlobalPay payment service. Fast, secure, and convenient.
• Bank transfer by payment details — to receive the bank details, please provide a phone number with access to Telegram or WhatsApp, or a valid email address. We will send you all the necessary information for payment.

A payment receipt will be sent to your email after the order is placed and paid on our website.

Delivery of goods

Delivery of all orders is carried out by shipping companies selected by the customer, according to the carrier’s tariffs, throughout the territory of the Czech Republic and the Eurozone.

Free delivery is available:
for silver jewelry with an order total from 4000 UAH (in one receipt)
for gold jewelry with an order total from 8000 UAH (in one receipt)

Delivery time is from 3 to 10 business days.

IMPORTANT:
If the order value exceeds 20,000 CZK or 800 EUR and the customer chooses cash on delivery, shipment is carried out exclusively by DHL, as only this carrier provides insurance coverage for shipments exceeding 20,000 CZK or 800 EUR in accordance with carrier regulations and cargo insurance requirements.
